The early nineteenth century Jackson collection of coins from Carthage

The collection, discovered in 1986, includes Greek specimens of Punic issue minted at Carthage and in its overseas territories that date mostly to the Second Punic War as well as 314 Roman coins dating from the 3rd cent. B.C. to the 5th cent. A.D.
